Last year, I had finally decided that I was tired of supporting a certain other popular OS. The various, hard to troubleshoot problems were starting to really Irk me. I will explain how in the last year, I have reduced the amount of family members yelling "Tech Support" at 5 am to near none.
Moving my family to linux has not been easy, but It provided some insights into what needs work, and what is outstanding. |
